According to recent research, two major industries are experiencing high-demand for talent. In fact, half of Australia’s 20 most difficult roles to fill come from the Healthcare & Medical and the Education & Training industries.

Not all companies with difficult to fill roles  experience this. LifeFlight, SACARE, Royal Freemasons, AusHealth, McClean Care, Trinity College and PEER strategically use predictive hiring technology to simplify their staff selection and find cultural fit.
